End to End Account management of our existing customers.
Understand the business needs and gather requirements from clients - Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
Need to coordinate with management and the IT team to further refine and develop solutions for these requirements.
Successfully dealing with the different points of contacts from the client and serving their requirements.
Perform account management related duties and ensure that all client deadlines are met.
Maintain regular communication with key accounts and annual correspondence with all customers
Responsible for Service Delivery ensuring client retention and reference.
Flawlessly execute end-to-end projects, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively keeps up to date on industry and customer specific issues.
Creating, supporting and continuously improving reports and metrics that support the business operations
Converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
Solid work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, and ability to work independently.
Should handle multiple tasks.

Computer science graduates (BE-CSE, ECE, B.Tech-IT, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, M.Sc, M.S).
Prefered - MBA (Any Specialisation)
Pass Out - 2018 to 2021
Should secure 60% of minimum marks in 10th, 12th and Degree.
Be strong in Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical and Logical Reasoning.
Awesome written & verbal communication skills
Good team player and willing to learn.
1 to 6 months - CTC ₹ 15000/Month (₹ 10000/Fixed, ₹5000/Variable Pay)
7 to 18 months - CTC ₹ 23000/Months (₹ 17000/Fixed, ₹6000/Variable Pay)
19 to 30 months - CTC ₹ 27000 to ₹ 42000/Months The salary hike will be based on performance
Commitment Period: 30 Months
Variable pay will be paid after completing the commitment period with OX SoftwareS
