We are looking for an QA Tester to assess software quality through manual testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Sound knowledge in Manual Testing, Web Testing.

Proficiency in preparation and execution of Test Cases.

Exposure to any performance/functional tool will be an added advantage.

Good analytical, written & communication skills.

Knowledge in the ecommerce industry will be an added advantage.

Relevant certification is a plus.

Experience in automation testing is a plus

Understand customer requirements and create test cases based on it

Peer review for test cases

Test data creation in test systems

Planning and executing as per the defined Test Strategy

Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively

Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.

Good understanding of the business model.

Good communication with development teams.

Good hands on experience in Manual testing.

In depth understanding of software testing and QA process.

Experience in e-commerce domain is an advantage.

Automation testing knowledge is an added advantage.

1 to 6 months - CTC ₹ 15000/Month (₹ 10000/Fixed, ₹5000/Variable Pay)

7 to 18 months - CTC ₹ 23000/Month (₹ 17000/Fixed, ₹6000/Variable Pay)

19 to 30 months - CTC ₹ 27000 to ₹ 42000/Month) The salary hike will be based on performance

Commitment Period: 30 Months

Variable pay will be paid after completing the commitment period with OX SoftwareS
